Proof of Address

Depending on the check you have been asked to complete, you may be asked to provide proof of address documents for your current residential address and/or linking documents to the property you are selling. This task will appear once you have completed your liveness verification.

If you are required to capture a proof of address document, a list of acceptable documents will be presented to you. Please read this guidance carefully. If you do not have any of the acceptable documents, please contact the business who issued you your check, and they will be able to advise on how to proceed.

You will be able to either capture the proof of address documents as a photograph, or you can upload the documents from your files.
