If you need help or are unable to complete your Credas check, please reach out to the company who issued your check.As each company has different requirements, they will be able to advise you accordingly and help you on your next steps. Alternatively we may have the answer to your questions on our support portal you are currently in. 


If you are experiencing technical issues with our app, we advise you to check your mobile phone and the app are up-to-date with any updates. If you still need help after updating the software, please reach out to the company who issued your check or Credas with as much information as possible, including screenshots, on the issue you are experiencing.
