Payment Issues


Some organisations may require you to pay for you verification using Credas. If you are experiencing issues completing your payment, please read the below information, we also have the two support articles below which may help:

If your payment has been unsuccessful, you will see a message straight away (e.g., incorrect details, declined, insufficient funds). In this case: 

  • Double check your card and billing details;
  • Try again;
  • or use another card.

If you still experiencing issues with your payment, please contact us at payments@credas.com or call us on 02920 102 555. If you are experiencing technical difficulties with other areas of your verification, such as taking a picture of your Identity Document, please view our ranges of support guides here.
